This dress with a white cotton crocheted top and light green accents could be worn with our without a shirt/tights. The dress has layers of white cotton eyelet trims. It also has a pink satin ribbon with a little bow in the front that is removable or can be tightened for a slimmer fit.
The dress measures 18" around the chest and 9" from top of shoulders to bottom of hem.
